EVACUATION: Account for all employees, contractors, and visitors, and control access points and open (unlock) key access points

Evacuation Objectives

Wind and plume movement threats.

Level of Concern from Plant IC; see next page for Level 1, 2, and 3 objectives.

Safe escape from Isolation Zone.

Safe movement to rally points and evacuation assembly area(s).

Head count report to Plant IC.

Appoint an Access Control Officer.

Assure receipt/transmit
of all Command Post radio communications

Develop a Situation Status Report:
